Here at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, we are a group of down to earth, Bible believing, God exalting, Saint edifying Christians. We enjoy the soul stirring hymns of the faith, sound Bible preaching and teaching, and we love the Lord and His word.
It has been our desire from the outset that, above all, the Lord Jesus Christ would get the preeminence in the church, for He is worthy! We also desire that all who will come will be both encouraged and helped out of the word of God, and edified by the singing and fellowship of the Saints.
We, unapologetically, stand upon the Authorized King James Bible as the very word and words of God, being without any error and our absolute in all matters of faith and practice.
Here at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, our Pastor preaches and teaches through the Bible, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15). And since the Bible tells us that “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” (2 Timothy 3:16), our Pastor teaches and preaches doctrinal application as well as a devotional spiritual application “that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works,” (2 Timothy 3:17) with the hope that the Saints of God will finish their race, their coarse, for the glory of God, and like the Apostle Paul, be able to say, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:” (2 Timothy 4:7).
